Job Responsibility:

a)      Oversees the team and mentor, motivate them to do their job efficiently

b)      Building association with the colleges, Universities and institutes

c)      Responsible for developing sales in the area

d)      Able to deliver compelling presentation

e)      Nurture relationship with key customers

f)       Provide daily objectives, develop reward systems for productivity that motivate team members , communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively

Selection Process:

  1. 1st Round : Non-Technical Interview

2nd Round : HR Interview
